We currently have a select number of products available for sale at our warehouse in Australia.

Previously, any guitar ordered from us and being shipped to Australia would run $180USD in shipping, and could be subject to hefty import fees.

SAVE over $100USD by purchasing here, and have your guitar shipped direct to your door within Australia! All prices are displayed INCLUSIVE of GST. Shipping is calculated at check-out.

We do our best to process all orders within 1-3 business days, but sometimes delays do occur.

Love it or return it

If you're not happy, we're not happy.

If you receive your item and simply do not like it for any reason, you can return for a full refund (less shipping) within 30 days of your purchase date.

If the item is "not as advertised", damaged or needs additional setup, we will refund, repair or replace at our expense, including shipping costs (UPS Ground only). 

Between 30 - 120 days, if you wish to return your item, we will retain a 20% restocking fee from your refund amount. After that time we will entertain returns or exchanges on a case by case basis only.

Please note that any additional taxes charged upon delivery are considered the responsibility of the purchaser. If you wish to seek a refund for these amounts, please see your government website for more details.
